Pre-Registration is required. You may register for only the pre-conference, for all or part of the full conference, or for both events. Separate fees apply to each event. Complete a registration form for each individual attending the event(s). Early registration with a reduced conference rate ends March 19th.
Pre-Conference - Wednesday, April 21:
AALL is sponsoring a Pre-Conference on Wednesday. The registration fee for the Pre-Conference is the same for all attendees and includes lunch on that day. Be sure to select which of the three sessions you would like to attend in your order of preference. Each session will be limited to 35 individuals on a first come first serve basis.
Full Conference - Thursday, Friday, Saturday - April 22, 23, 24:
You may register for the full 3-day conference or for one day only. If you attend more than one day, the full conference rate will apply. We ask that you register as a Regular, Student, or Emeritus attendee as conference fees and inclusions differ.
- Regular: A regular attendee is an individual who is involved in Adult Education. Your fee includes meals and breaks, conference materials, and a one year membership in MPAEA and AALL.
- Student: A student attendee is an individual who is attending an Adult Basic Education Program or is a Graduate Student enrolled in 9+ credit hours/semester. Your fee includes meals and breaks, conference materials, and a one year student membership in MPAEA and AALL.
- Emeritus: An Emeritus attendee is an individual who has been retired from Adult Education for 5+ years and who has been designated Emeritus by MPAEA. Your Emeritus registration is free and includes conference sessions and materials. It does not include meals. We ask that you register and pay for the meals you will be attending.

A lunch on Wednesday is included for all Pre-Conference attendees.
Meal Pricing for Emeritus Attendees and Guests: Breakfasts ($25 each); Lunches ($30 each)
In an attempt to capture accurate figures for food and beverage expenditures, we ask that you specify the meals that you will be attending at the time you register even if they are N/C to you.
You may register for the 2010 MPAEA Conference in one of two ways:
- Register on line by filling in the information on our secure form. Make your payment with a Visa or MasterCard. Rejection of credit card information typically occurs when the billing name or billing address provided is not correct. Double-check yours! If you are an exhibitor/sponsor please do not register on line.
- Register by Mail Print a hard copy of the Student/Regular attendee form or the Emeritus attendee form for conference registration. Complete the form and mail it along with your purchase order/check payable to MPAEA 2010 at the address specified on the form. Purchase orders will be invoiced upon receipt. Be sure to include the name of the individual to whom billing questions should be addressed. Please do not register on-line if you are paying with a check or purchase order.
Cancellation Policy:
A $50 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations. Registrations are non-transferrable. Individuals whose cancellation requests are received before April 1st will be refunded fees paid minus the $50 cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received on or after April 1st will not receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be made by email to questions@MPAEA2010.org or by mail to AALL, PO 16011, Phoenix, AZ 85012-6011. Requests must be received by March 31st.
